The Rules 1998-1999 Season

 1. If a swimmer or parent has a problem or concern. 
    Angela has set aside Tuesdays and Thursdays from 
    5:30pm to 6:00pm in Pat Toole's Pool Office.
    If it can, please wait until then rather than
    during practices.

 2. All practices and meets are mandatory.  If a swimmer is 
    going to be absent or late, I need to know ASAP.

    Missing a Meet: 654-1525

 3. For the older girls (in the High School Swim Teams), I need
    to know Wednesday before the meet if your will be swimming.

 4. All swimmers must stay until the end of a meet and will
    not be permitted to leave early without a written excuse.
    We all should stay and be a team until the end.

 5. For the meets, I see how the girls practice and am confident
    that the events I place them in are for the teams best 
    interest. Therefore, what your swimmer is placed in will
    stand without conflict arising.

 6. When practicing at Wyoming Area, please pick your swimmer up
    promptly at the time practice is over.  Many girls were waiting up 
    to 30 minutes after practice last year.

 7. All notes will be sent home with important or helpful information.
    It will be the swimmers responsibility to give it to you.

 8. No school (weather) = No Swimming

 9. I will be attending every other parents meeting.

10. The practice schedule will be out ASAP.

11. No parents will be allowed on deck.

12. I will handle all newspaper articles to be placed
    in the week after a meet (Sunday Voice & Sunday Dispatch)

13. When calling, please call me (not the Pittston YMCA).

14. I a meet is at home, the swimmers must be on deck exactly at 11:45am.
    If the meet is away, I will hand out directions and times to there.
    (Many parents car pool and arragnements can be made.)  I arrive at
    the pool at 11:00am.  If you are calling to say you will be absent,
    I must know by 9:30am.  If you swim on a high school team,
    I need to know by Wednesday if you will be competing.
